About Ben
Ben Lesher is President & Founder. For more than a decade, Ben has honed his skills and vision for development through a wide range of experience from local adaptive-reuse projects to feasibility studies and development consulting services across North Carolina and more recently developing over 300 housing units through the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit program. Ben's crowning achievement is developing the first new construction apartment building in Lancaster, PA in over 60 years.
Ben holds a B.A. from Gordon College and dual masters (City & Regional Planning and Business Administration) from UNC-Chapel Hill. He is a resident of Lancaster city and serves on the board of Chestnut Housing.
