Stadium Row apartments open in Lancaster

Stadium Row, the first Lancaster city rental community in more than 60 years constructed from the ground up, welcomed its first tenants July 31. Ben Lesher, who developed the $18 million project with members of his family, said about 80 of the 104 units are leased, with 50 to 55 occupied so far.
